Student’s Housing Project is set in a popular residential area of ​​Plzen Bolevec, near the most significant holiday resort/recreational area (tady si vyber, jestli se tam lidi rekreují jen dopoledne – recreational area, nebo delší dobu – holiday resort)  of ​​Pilsen – the Bolevecké rybníky system. Plot of land offers good access to the center of Pilsen, complete civic amenities with long-term developed shops, services, transport services, and all the necessary infrastructure. In close proximity there is the Košutecké pond, a popular walking destination and a place for rest and relaxation.
